This book is very easy reading, the story flows smoothly. Steamy without being trampy. Clever twists, although somehow a little soap opera toward the end. Maybe HBO soap opera, even. Overall enjoyed it and would pick up other books by this author.

The characters were youthful but not too trendy. There were not too many pop culture references to 'date' the book too quickly, but just enough to still get a chuckle at a well placed Twilight reference. "My life is going all Twilight on me and I have no idea what I'm getting into."

There are sexual themes, situations, dreams.... positions... you get the idea. Don't pick this up expecting purity and virginity. "Time to put on my big girl pants."

"A letter came by registered mail. It was from my mother. Had she not been dead for three months, it might have seemed less odd."

"This boy could end up being a keeper." And they are. Oh, my, yummy.

I enjoyed all the lovely hot guy eye candy in this book. Oh, my. I wanted more of some of those dreams... much, much more... There were surprises, and I loved the juxtaposition of fairy sight and modern psychiatric medicine. It made the main character more realistic and believable and therefore more sympathetic.

I think this would be great for adults that love YA but are looking for more spice than YA's have. Not to say that this is YA, but the pacing and characters just have that almost innocent (not pure or virginal innocent) feel. I will most definitely read more from this author.
